Hi, I’m Riley.

Charleston based fitness dietitian, registered yoga teacher and certified pilates instructor.

I believe movement and nutrition should make life better, not harder. Whether it’s yoga, Pilates, strength training, or personalized nutrition coaching, my approach is always individualized, because no two bodies or goals are the same. I love connecting with clients, building a plan that fits their lifestyle, and celebrating the wins along the way.

When I’m not coaching or planning, you’ll probably find me exploring Charleston, trying a new coffee spot, hot girl walking the beach or practicing yoga myself. My goal is simple: help you move better, fuel smarter, and enjoy the process of getting stronger: both physically and mentally.

Nutrition

What sets me apart is my background in sports nutrition for collegiate athletes, where I helped prepare athletes to compete at the highest level, even professionally. I bring that same evidence-based, goal-focused approach to all of my clients, tailoring nutrition plans to your specific fitness and lifestyle goals. Whether you’re aiming to build strength, improve performance, or simply feel better in your body, every recommendation is practical, individualized, and designed to create results that last.

Training

I combine my expertise as a yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, and personal trainer to design movement sessions that build strength, mobility, and confidence. Every workout is personalized to your body and goals, whether you want to improve flexibility, core stability, or overall functional strength. My goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and leave every session energized and accomplished.

As a Registered Dietitian and movement instructor, my approach is straightforward: evidence-based nutrition paired with smart, effective training. I focus on what actually works—clear guidance, individualized strategies, and habits you can sustain in real life.

I don’t believe in extremes or quick fixes. I believe in helping you fuel well, train with purpose, and build a stronger, more capable body through consistent, realistic choices. Every plan and session is tailored to your goals, your lifestyle, and your physiology—nothing cookie-cutter, nothing generic.

Whether we’re working on nutrition, movement, or both, you’ll get honest support, practical structure, and a partnership built on communication and trust. My job is to challenge you without overwhelming you, and to help you make progress that feels good, repeatable, and aligned with the life you want to live.
