Meet Riley
Riley is a Registered Dietitian, Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD), Registered Yoga Teacher, and Pilates Instructor based in Charleston, South Carolina.
With a background in collegiate sports nutrition and performance, Riley helps athletes, active individuals, and fitness-focused adults use nutrition as a tool to improve their performance, body composition, recovery, and overall health.
She believes nutrition should support the life you want to live—not add stress to it. Whether your goal is building strength, improving athletic performance, increasing energy, losing body fat, or simply feeling your best, Riley provides personalized guidance that fits your lifestyle and helps create sustainable results.
Performance Nutrition Philosophy
Riley's approach is built on the belief that everyone deserves to feel strong, energized, and confident in their body.
While performance nutrition is often associated with athletes, its principles can benefit anyone seeking to improve their health and fitness. Proper fueling supports not only training and recovery, but also energy levels, mood, sleep, longevity, and overall well-being.
Rather than focusing on restriction, Riley helps clients build sustainable habits that enhance performance both inside and outside the gym. Her goal is to help clients develop a positive relationship with food while learning how to fuel their bodies effectively for their individual goals.
